Peel kohlrabi then cut into fries. Put in a bowl and add olive oil, a little white wine or white wine vinegar, salt pepper, grated garlic, pepper , grated Parmesan cheese and mix all together.
Grease sheet and arrange kohlrabi on sheet and bake until browned on both sides.
