Ingredients
1/2 cup currants
cranberry sauce
Directions
Freeze about ½ cup of currants; remove stems, rinse, pack in a ziplock bag and tuck them into the freezer. Take them out on Thanksgiving and add them to your cranberry sauce—they add an extra layer of flavor and a reminder of summer.
