Waldorf Salad

Serves:   4
(serving size: 1/2 cup)

Ingredients

1/2 cup chopped, slightly toasted walnuts

1 cup celery, thinly sliced
2 apples, cored and chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise-you can substitute yogurt or greek yogurt for all or part
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise (or yogurt), lemon juice and sugar.  Add the salt.  Mix in the apples, celery and walnuts. Serves 4.
