(serving size: 1/2 squash)

Directions
Cut summer squash into long 1/4" thick slices lengthwise. Grease sheet with olive oil. Place squash on sheet. Cut onions and put on top of squash. Grate fresh garlic and sprinkle on squash. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle salt and pepper over squash to taste. Put in oven on 500. When browned turn over and brown otherwise. Marvelous.
