CSA MEMBER ONLINE MARKETPLACE

Online Marketplace for CSA Members.  Stoneledge Farm online CSA Marketplace features a variety of products to supplement CSA member shares. Purchased individually on a weekly basis, varieties of coffee, honey, maple syrup,, mushrooms, dry beans , local seasonal fruits,  Stoneledge Farm organic vegetables and much more  are available.  CSA members log into your member account to order.  Orders are then delivered with the CSA share.  Please note: Orders must be received by 12 pm the Friday before your CSA delivery.  Any orders placed after this deadline will be delivered the following week.

THANK YOU FOR A GREAT SEASON.  WE ARE CLOSED FOR THE 2022 SEASON AND WILL OPEN AGAIN IN THE SPRING WITH OUR ANNUAL PLANT SALE.

Open to the public, the Stoneledge Farm Store is located at the farm, 145 Garcia Lane, Leeds, NY and is open spring through Columbus Day Weekend. 

Hours are Saturday and Sunday 9-4.  Stop by the farm and purchase our Certified Organic produce, local fruit and mushrooms, a variety of local and regional products.

Sfoglini Organic Pasta

Sfoglini pasta combines the very best of Italian technique and American ingredients. Traditional bronze dies and plates are used on everything they make, which results in the beautiful, rough texture on your pasta (which makes the sauce stick!). In addition, every one of the pastas are slow dried at a low temperature to preserve both flavor and nutrients. 

Fifteen organic durum semolina pastas, always made from the best in North American organic grains are sourced for the pasta. A series of New York State grain pastas are made with organic whole grain, rye, emmer, einkorn, and spelt flours. Beyond all that, Sfoglini truly loves local and small farms, so they produce various seasonal pastas throughout each year. 

Sfoglini pastas are made with organic grains grown on North American farms which are always milled in the US, bronze die extruded and slow dried (that good Italian way), and made and packaged with a whole lot of care in New York’s Hudson Valley. It’s all quality from the field to the bowl.
