Yummy Sautéed Chard

Ingredients
1 lb swiss chard, slice leaves into strips or bite sized pieces, separately dice stems
2 Tbs olive oil
3 Tbs minced shallots
2 Ts lemon zest
1/2 cup toasted pine nuts
12 cup raisins
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Sauté shallots and chard stems until soft. Add chard leaves. Add pine nuts, raisins and sauté about 2-3 minutes. (Add a splash of water if necessary) Season with salt and pepper.
