No Boil Mac and Cheese Flour City Pasta Trecce

Ingredients

12 ounces Flour City Trecce uncooked

1 Tbs. butter
1 cup cottage cheese (not low fat)
2 cups milk (not skim)
1 Tsp. dried mustard
Pinch ground cayenne
Pinch ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 lb. sharp or extra sharp cheddar, grated

Directions

 Heat one to 375 degrees. Use the butter to grease a 9X13 baking dish. In a blender, puree the cottage cheese, milk, mustard, cayenne, nutmeg, salt & pepper. In large bowl combine mixture and uncooked pasta. Pour into the prepared basking dish, sprinkle a little grated cheese on top. Cover tightly with foil & cook 30 minutes, remove foil & cook another 30 minutes or until bubbling and browned on top a bit. Let cool for 15 minute & serve
