Mizuna and Mustard Green Salad

Ingredients
1 bunch Mizuna, and 1 bunch young Mustard Greens cleaned and roughly chopped or any spring time greens
1 apple, sliced into thin wedges
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar TRY the Maple Apple Cider Vinegar from the Marketplace. Delicious
1 teaspoon honey
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
For the dressing, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, honey and salt & pepper. Set aside.
Place mizuna, mustard greens and apple slices in a large bowl. Pour on dressing and toss well. Arrange salad on serving plates.
