Bok Choi Salad

Ingredients
1 bunch Bok Choi
4 scallions
3/4 cup slivered almonds
3/4 cup sunflower seeds
1 package Ramen noodles, uncooked
3 TBS soy sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup white vinegar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
Directions
Combine soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, and oil in jar and share. Let settle for 1 hour.
Chop scallions and Bok Choi. Add almonds and seeds. Crush uncooked ramen noodles and add.
One half hour before serving add dressing to the salad. It will have separated, that's OK.
