Farmer Ground Organic Flour
"Fresh stone ground flour from organic NYS grain. Farmer owned. Farmer grown. Trumansburg, New York. Farmergroundflour.com. Certified organic by NOFA-NY, Certified Organic LLC. USDA organic. Farmer Ground Flour was conceived by millers Greg Mol and Neal Johnston and organic farmer Thor Oechsner. We began milling flour in 2009 from grains that we grow in New York's Finger Lakes region. We grind our grain with sets of beautiful pink granite millstones, and our process creates astonishingly fresh and vibrant flour. To this end, we do not bleach, chemically treat or enrich any of our flours, allowing the natural nutrients, fibers, oils and flavors to speak for themselves. We think they speak loudly. "
Flour comes in 2 pound bags.

Boundbrook Farm Vermont Rice
"One duck, a thousand treasures." -Takao Furuno
"Since 2010, we've been working towards an adaptive model for heavy soils and a shifting climate, and have been planting rice using organic methods. We're now expanding cold-climate ecological rice farming to the commercial scale, in partnership with other growers and with counsel from practitioners in Japan. Ecological rice farming has been, for us, a demanding but beautiful (and delicious!) adventure. "

Flour City Pasta
"I use local and organic ingredients, sustainable practices, and my own two hands to make my pastas, partnering with farmers in my area and sourcing materials, such as spent brewers grain, distillers' grain, and wine pommace, to create original offerings that literally carry the flavors of the region with them. Not only that, but while the average store-bought pastas contain only 6-8% protein, my pastas boast double—12-16% protein content and a shelf life of three years! "
Four varieties of pasta available:
Traditional Linguine, Traditional Fettuccine, Tercce, Tomato Pesto Radiatore
