The Stoneledge Farm Marketplace features a variety of products to supplement your CSA shares purchased individually. Varieties of coffee, honey, maple syrup, chocolate, mushrooms, and seasonal fruits and vegetables are all available.

Please note: During the CSA season the order deadline for delivery of your Marketplace Order is by 1PM the day before your CSA delivery except for Mushroom and Sweet Corn Orders. Mushroom and Sweet Corn orders must be received by the farm by Friday noon for delivery. Orders received after the deadline will be delivered the following CSA delivery week. You will receive an e-mail confirmation and reminder of your Marketplace order.

 

COFFEE from the Marketplace

All of the Coffee is Organic, Kosher, Fair-Trade and locally roasted before delivery.  Coffee can be ordered weekly from the Marketplace and will be delivered with the CSA shares. 

WHOLE or GROUND beans in full 1 pound bags. We are committed to fairly supporting our partner coffee farmers and the land they farm. For more information go to the Coffee Project.

Guatemalan Highlands Cafe Roast: A smooth, medium roast coffee. Organic, Kosher, Fair-Trade Locally roasted, fresh.

Honduran Cloud Forest French Roast: A dark roast that results in an earthy, deep flavor. Organic, Kosher, Fair-Trade. Locally roasted, fresh.

Decaf: Organic, Kosher, Fair-Trade. Naturally decaffeinated.

Farm Blend: Medium roast coffee blend, perfect for a mid day cup of coffee. Organic, Kosher, Fair-Trade. Locally roasted.

Espresso: Dark and delicious. Organic, Kosher, Fair-Trade. Locally roasted.

HONEY

Raw, locally produced by beekeeper Ray Tousey. Available in  1/2 pint, 1 pint and 5 pound Jars. New this season Creamed Honey in 1 pint jar and Comb Honey in 1 pint jar.  Bees pollinate our crops and we also have the sweet benefit of delicious honey.

MAPLE SYRUP

Locally produced by Bear Kill Maple Products. Available in Maple Syrup Grade A  Dark Color Robust Taste: Pint, Quart, & 1/2 Gallon and Maple Syrup Grade A Very Dark Color Strong Taste: Pint, Quart, & 1/2 Gallon

DARK CHOCOLATE

Organic Dark Chocolate from the Grenada Chocolate Company, a cooperative of cocoa farmers and chocolate makers working together. The first tree to bar, award winning Organic Chocolate. From the Grenada Chocolate Company, "We are the cocoa farmers. We've made this chocolate for you from tree to bar with our delicious Grenadian Trintario cocoa beans. Our small-batch process preserves the true taste of Grenada's cocoa. Solar energy powers our factory in the bright Caribbean sun."

Organic Cocoa Powder   Unique low pressure press in small batches preserves the true taste of the cocoa bean. The cocoa makes an extra rich, full bodied hot chocolate. For hot chocolate add approximately 2 tablespoon to one cup of boiled water. Add milk and sugar to taste. Also use for all chocolate desserts. 6 oz. bag.

MUSHROOMS from the Marketplace

The same delicious, freshly picked Mushrooms as the Mushroom Share available weekly through the Marketplace in slightly larger amounts.  Crimini-5 pound basket, White Button-3 pound basket, Portobello,-5 pound basket Shiitake-1 pound package, Oyster-1 pound package. Locally and naturally grown. Mushroom orders must be received by the farm by Friday noon for the following weeks delivery.

BULK PRODUCE: VEGETABLES AND FRUIT

During the season there will be select vegetables and fruit for bulk order through the CSA Marketplace. The quantities will be limited and availability will change weekly.
